The weight slabs are finer than Steadfast's. A 400-gram parcel inside Dhaka is ৳60 on Pathao against ৳55 on Steadfast, close to a wash. But weight adds up faster on longer routes.
Same city means any city. The ৳60 base applies to same-city delivery in general, not only Dhaka.
VAT can apply on top of listed charges.

COD Charge: 0.5% Inside Dhaka, 1% Outside

This is Pathao's sharpest edge. Where Steadfast charges a flat 1% everywhere, Pathao charges 0.5% within Dhaka and 1% outside Dhaka.
