Same-day delivery is available on two routes only: within Dhaka city and within Chattogram city, both at ৳105. Weight slabs sit on top of every base rate, so heavier parcels cost more.

Steadfast deducts 1% of the cash collected at the door as a cash on delivery and risk management charge. On a ৳1,000 order, that is ৳10.
If the customer refuses the parcel, it comes back to you, and a return cost is added to the delivery you already paid. Cutting fake orders saves more than negotiating rates ever will.
