Refund Policy

Scope
This Refund Policy covers refunds for Banikh platform subscriptions (the fees you pay us to use Banikh). It does not cover refunds for products or services your customers purchase on your storefront — those are governed by your own store policy and the payment method your customer used. See "Customer Refunds on Merchant Stores" below.
Free Pro Trial (90 days)
Every new account starts on a 90-day Pro trial at no cost. You are never charged during the trial. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your account automatically drops to the Free plan — no refund needed because no payment was taken.
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel any time from your dashboard to prevent the next charge. You keep access to your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions include a 14-day cooling-off period from the date the invoice is paid. Within 14 days, contact [email protected] to request a full refund. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable; if you cancel, your service continues until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.
Downgrades & Upgrades
Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle — we do not pro-rate the unused portion of the higher tier. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference against the remaining period.
Failed Renewals
If a renewal payment fails, your subscription enters a 7-day grace period during which we retry the charge. After 7 days, your account auto-downgrades to the Free plan. Your store stays online and your data is preserved for at least 90 days, so you can resume on a paid plan at any time without data loss.
Customer Refunds on Merchant Stores
Refunds for purchases made on a merchant's storefront are not handled by Banikh. Banikh is a platform provider, not the merchant of record for those transactions. Customers should contact the merchant directly. Where a card or wallet was used, the customer's chargeback rights with their bank or payment provider continue to apply.
Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a chargeback against your store, any chargeback fees passed on by the payment gateway are your responsibility. Repeated chargebacks may trigger an account review and may result in suspension.
